Back in October 2015 we began working with a customer Derek Smith on some Rolls Royce Cylinder blocks, these blocks came out of a Rolls-Royce 20hp, dating from 1922 to 1928. The failure rate of these blocks was high back in the day of its original manufacture and we were asked to machine the casting. Here you can see the blocks as they arrive with us on the left and the finished article on the right.
