Stephanie Harper our Business Administrator of six years leaves R&N on 16th of June 2017.

Stephanie presented the Directors of R&N a framed photograph of our company founder Don Roper, the late father of current Managing Directors Dave and Trevor Roper and lifelong colleague and friend to our third Managing Director Ian Page.

Don sadly and peacefully passed away in September of 2016 following a long and very full life. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother as well as being a solider, a teacher, a boss, a colleague, an innovator and a great business man. We all feel incredibly privileged to have known and worked with and for him.

Prior to starting the company Don worked as an instructor at the Royal School of Military Engineering, in Brompton, Kent. This also happens to be where Stephanie is moving onto to further her career, therefore the frame was presented in the Royal Engineer Corps Colours as a tribute to Dons services to the Engineering industry and the legacy he has left to both his sons and all who work for R&N.

We wish to take this opportunity to thank Steph for her gift and wish her well in her future career, we are sure we will stay in touch and Steph will be a regular visitor to R&N for a cuppa and a catch up.
